Thermal Analysis
We benchmarked the thermal behavior of the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 0 (CM0), built around the Broadcom BCM2710A1 using a 60 minute sustained CPU stress workload. With no cooling fitted, the board idles at 40°C and peaks at 70°C under load and completes the full test without thermal throttling.
