At $15, you're choosing between raw power and super-compact convenience. The [Libre Computer](/libre-computer) La Frite is basically a Pi 3 in a smaller package, offering a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1GB of DDR4 RAM, which is double what you get with the [Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W](/11-raspberry-pi-zero-2-w-512mb).

Sure, the Pi Zero 2 W wins when it comes to portability and having WiFi/Bluetooth built in, but it's limited by its 512MB of slower LPDDR2 RAM and you're stuck with microSD storage. The La Frite though? It supports replaceable eMMC and has a built-in 10/100 Ethernet port, making it a better option for projects like a Pi-hole or light home server where you need something reliable over the long term. That said, a microSD card slot would have been a lovely option.
